Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years, meeting the diagnostic criteria for myocardial infarction in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction, including persistent precordial chest pain for more than 30 minutes, ST-segment elevation with dynamic evolution in =2 leads on surface electrocardiogram, with or without pathological Q wave formation; 2.elevated cardiac injury marker (cTnI) with dynamic evolution; 3. Onset within 12 hours and emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) has been performed; 4. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypersensitivity to Rh-BNP; 2. Severe hepatic or renal impairment; 3. Cardiogenic shock or mechanical complications associated with myocardial infarction; 4. Hemodynamic instability with systolic blood pressure <100 mmHg.
