Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45–59 years (middle-aged group) or >=60 years (older adult group); education level of junior high school or above; basic competence in operating smart devices and comprehending written texts. 2. Uncorrected or corrected visual acuity >=0.8, with no color vision abnormalities. 3. Voluntary participation in this study and provision of written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to eye-tracking cooperation: Presence of severe ophthalmic diseases (e.g., cataract, glaucoma, severe strabismus), involuntary head movements or tremors that preclude successful eye-tracking calibration and data acquisition; or, due to presbyopia, the need to wear heavy-frame glasses whose severe lens reflection interferes with the infrared tracking of the eye tracker and cannot be resolved after repeated adjustments. 2. Cognitive impairment: A Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score <26 (with 1 point added for those with <=12 years of education), or a history of central nervous system disorders (e.g., stroke, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy). 3. Severe psychiatric or physical illnesses: History of severe mental disorders, clinically significant anxiety or depression, or concurrent unstable severe physical conditions such as advanced heart failure or malignant tumors, as well as severe osteoarthritis or other conditions that may affect regular exercise habits.
