Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with maintenance hemodialysis and currently receiving regular hemodialysis treatment for >= 3 months, with three dialysis treatments per week; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Informed consent obtained, willing to participate, and with normal communication abilities; 4. The patient and/or family members are proficient in using mobile phones.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate with questionnaire surveys and intervention treatments; 2. Patients with the following contraindications to exercise: severe cardiopulmonary disease; lower extremity vascular disease; acute phase of cerebrovascular disease; severe diabetic retinopathy or other eye diseases leading to severe vision loss; severe anemia (< 60g/L); 3. Patients currently participating in or having participated in other interventional clinical studies within the past 3 months (e.g., drug trials, exercise rehabilitation programs, nutritional interventions, etc.).
