6 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 6 years old to 60 years old; 2.ASA grade I to III; 3.Diagnosed with idiopathic or degenerative spinal curvature, and underwent posterior spinal curvature osteotomy and corrective surgery; 4.The surgical segments involve = 4 vertebrae; 5.The postoperative pain management information of the patients is clearly recorded; 6. The patients are conscious and willing to cooperate with the follow-up visit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgeries, revision surgeries or those involving spinal tumors or infections; 2.Preoperative history of chronic pain (not related to scoliosis) or long-term use of opioid drugs; 3.Severe cognitive dysfunction, mental illness or inability to cooperate with pain assessment; 4. Loss to follow-up or incomplete follow-up data.
