Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years. 2. Patients with treatment-naïve, resectable primary lung cancer. 3. Scheduled to undergo surgical treatment (curative-intent resection). 4. No prior anti-cancer therapy for lung cancer before surgery, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy. 5. Willing to participate in this study and provide signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of other active malignancies.
