Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Criteria for including literature: (1) The type of literature should be evidence-based clinical practice guidelines (E-CPG), evidence summaries (ES), recommendation practices (RP), best practice information sheets (BPIS), or systematic reviews (SR); (2) The guidelines or literature must include content related to the assessment, prevention, and management of OMPI in critically ill patients; (3) For updated or revised guidelines, include the latest version; (4) The literature should be in Chinese or English. 2. Criteria for interview participants: (1) Bachelor’s degree or higher; (2) Healthcare workers qualified to work in the ICU; (3) Junior title or above; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study. 3. Criteria for clinical application study participants: (1) Hospital stay >= 48 hours; (2) Patients in ICU undergoing tracheal intubation; (3) Age >= 18 years; (4) Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Literature exclusion criteria: (1)Guidelines or literatures that have been repeatedly published; (2)Translated versions of foreign guidelines or literatures; (3)Relevant news, subscription information, abstracts, and interpretations of clinical practice guidelines or systematic reviews. 2.Exclusion criteria for interview subjects: (1)Nurses on further study, rotation, or leave. 3.Exclusion criteria for research subjects in clinical application: (1)Patients who already had skin injuries related to medical devices before being admitted to the department; (2)Patients suffering from skin-related diseases such as exfoliative dermatitis and epidermolysis bullosa, which can cause skin peeling, blisters, etc., and affect the judgment and observation of pressure injuries.
