Interventions

Experimental group:Take medication, 5 minutes warm-up, 50 minutes exercise (aerobic exercise + resistance training), 5 minutes stretching and relaxation, health education.
Control group:Medication alone, without exercise intervention or health education

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Either of the following two conditions must be met: Obesity: Consistent with the Chinese adult overweight and obesity standards: Overweight: 24 kg/m^2 = 28 kg/m^2; Central obesity: Male waist circumference >= 90 cm, Female waist circumference >= 85 cm. (Even if the BMI only reaches the overweight standard, a waist circumference that meets the criteria is sufficient to satisfy this item). 2. Comorbid or not with any of the following metabolic abnormalities: Hypertension: Office systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg, or diagnosed with hypertension and regularly taking antihypertensive drugs. Type 2 diabetes: Meets the diagnostic criteria of WHO or ADA (such as fasting blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L, or 2-hour blood glucose after OGTT >= 11.1 mmol/L, or HbA1c >= 6.5%), or diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and regularly taking hypoglycemic drugs (including insulin). Dyslipidemia: Satisfies at least one of the following: Triglycerides (TG) >= 1.7 mmol/L, or HDL-C: Male = 3.4 mmol/L, or total cholesterol (TC) >= 5.2 mmol/L, or diagnosed with dyslipidemia and regularly taking lipid-lowering drugs. 3. Age 19 - 59 years old; 4. Has normal cognitive ability; 5. Condition and medication plan are stable; 6. No other cardiovascular, liver, kidney, etc. diseases; 7. Dietary habits are stable, without long-term smoking, excessive drinking, etc. bad habits; 8. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Fasting blood glucose >= 16.8 mmol/L, with ketone bodies present; 3. Complications of diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension; 4. Complicated with severe infection, oxidative stress lesions; 5. Severe infection, severe anemia, active gastrointestinal ulcers, etc.; 6. Complicated with neurological or mental disorders, personality, intellectual impairments, and severely lacking in communication and expression skills; 7. History of alcohol dependence or drug abuse; 8. Currently participating in other interventional clinical trials that may affect the results of this study.
