Lateral decubitus intubation group (group L):The trachea was intubated in the left lateral decubitus position
Endotracheal intubation in supine position (group S):The trachea was intubated in the standard supine position

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged >=18 years; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification grade I-III; 3.Patients who have signed informed consent by themselves or their legal guardians; 4.patients undergoing tracheal intubation under general anesthesia;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known or predicted difficult airway (Mallampati score >= 3, mouth opening < 3 cm, thyromental distance < 6 cm); 2.Patients who refused to participate in the experiment, or whose ultrasound imaging was not clear; 3.History of poor cardiopulmonary function (hypertension, coronary artery disease, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease); 4.Patients with asthma; 5.Patients with cerebrovascular diseases; 6.History of laryngopharyngeal or cervical spine surgery.
