Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for arteriosclerosis; 2. Age is between 18 and 75 years old; 3. Capable of using a smart phone (or with family assistance for use), ensuring access to the health education website; 4. Voluntarily participates in this study and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Merge diseases such as severe cardiac dysfunction and post-stroke sequelae that cannot be effectively intervened; 2. Cognitive dysfunction; 3. Participated in other similar intervention studies within the past 3 months.
