Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-time fifth-year undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine; 2. Participants capable of completing the questionnaires; 3. Students who fully understood the study content, voluntarily participated in the entire research process and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students with previous experience in orthopedic clinical practice or internship; 2. Those who refused to participate in the training due to personal reasons; 3. Students who had received orthopedic PBL teaching previously.
