18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I to IV; 3. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 4. Body mass index (BMI) ranging from 18.5 to 30.0 kg/m².

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of preoperative arrhythmia: Pre-existing atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, or long-standing atrial arrhythmias prior to surgery; 2. Severe cardiac dysfunction: New York Heart Association (NYHA) Class IV heart failure, or left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) 2 times the upper limit of normal (ULN), ALT/AST > 3 times ULN, serum albumin 1.5. 7. Acute brain injury; 8. Dementia or delirium; 9. Allergy or contraindication to lidocaine; 10. Expected survival time <= 24 hours.
