Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years and residing in the current community for at least 6 months, with the ability to complete the intervention and follow-up; 2. Systolic blood pressure of 120–139 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure of 80–89 mmHg based on two consecutive measurements obtained in individuals who have not taken antihypertensive medications within the past two weeks; 3. Willingness to participate and provision of written informed consent; 4. Ability to use basic digital tools (e.g., smartphone or WeChat) for follow-up and data collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy, or presence of severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, renal dysfunction, hyperkalemia, or contraindications to physical activity, such as severe heart disease or joint injury; 2. Current participation in other intervention studies.
