Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older and possessing full capacity for civil conduct; 2.Currently enrolled senior postgraduate students or fresh medical master’s or doctoral graduates from Chongqing Medical University in the classes of 2026–2028; 3.Able to understand the purpose, content, procedures, and potential risks of this study; 4.Able to independently complete the questionnaire survey, or able to cooperate in semi-structured interviews, scenario-based experimental ratings, and other study procedures; 5.Voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 6.Agree that the research team may retrieve and match their training-process records, questionnaire data, interview data, and scenario-based experimental rating data after anonymization and de-identification.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who are unable to accurately understand and complete the questionnaire survey, interview, or scenario-based experiment due to cognitive, comprehension, language expression, or communication impairments; 2.Individuals with severe psychological or mental health problems, or other special circumstances, for whom the researcher judges that participation in the questionnaire survey, interview, or scenario-based experiment may increase psychological burden; 3.Individuals whose key data, such as training-process records, questionnaire data, or employment-related information, are severely incomplete, making it impossible to match the main variables or conduct statistical analysis; 4.Individuals whose questionnaire responses are clearly invalid during the study, such as patterned responses, obviously contradictory answers, an abnormally short response time, or extensive missing data in core variables; 5.Individuals whom the researcher considers unsuitable for continued inclusion in the analysis of this study for other reasons.
