Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.After being diagnosed by an attending physician in the Department of Neurology, the admission diagnosis is clearly recorded as "Depressive disorder" or "Depressive episode"; 2.The age is equal to or greater than 18 years old. 3.Be capable of comprehending the content of the questionnaire and completing the filling independently (to be evaluated by the research nurse). 4.Voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other severe mental disorders, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and organic mental disorder; 2.There is severe cognitive impairment (such as dementia or delirium) or an acute risk of suicide (requiring urgent intervention). 3.Individuals with severe visual, auditory, or language impairments are unable to complete the questionnaire. 4.Currently participating in other interventional clinical trials.
