Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18–80 years; 2.Diagnosed with arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO) according to the ASO diagnosis and treatment guidelines, with preoperative Rutherford classification 2–5; 3.Undergoing endovascular revascularization (including percutaneous balloon angioplasty and endovascular stenting, etc.), and assessed by two attending-level or higher physicians with >10 years of experience that residual vascular stenosis is <30% after the procedure; 4.Conscious with normal communication ability; 5.Patient and primary caregiver provide informed consent and voluntarily participate; 6.Patient owns a smartphone and is able to use the WeChat APP.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Concomitant severe organ dysfunction (e.g., heart, brain, kidney); 2.Comorbid psychiatric or neurological disorders; 3.Comorbid malignancy; 4.Concomitant conditions that preclude exercise, such as amputation, joint disease, thrombosis, or aneurysm; 5.Currently participating in another interventional trial.
