18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-75 years old; 2.Expected stay in ICU for >= 48 hours; 3.Closed or penetrating traumatic brain injury, with a GCS score of 3-12 after resuscitation, requiring analgesic and sedative treatment; 4.Obtain informed consent from patients or family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Brain stem injury, bilateral dilation of pupils, late stage brain herniation, postoperative shock or brain death, etc; 2.Blood pressure <= 90/60 mmHg; 3.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4.Sinus bradycardia and second degree or above atrioventricular block; 5.Taking psychotropic drugs; 6.During the observation period, it is necessary to use benzodiazepines to control the occurrence of epilepsy; 7.Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 8.Known to be allergic to any investigational drug; 9.Risk period intestinal obstruction (present or at risk of progression to gastrointestinal obstruction, especially in patients with paralytic intestinal obstruction).
