Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders as set out in the ICD-11, as confirmed by the attending physician; (2) Be aged between 12 and 18 years (inclusive); (3) Have completed primary education or above, be able to understand the content of the relevant questionnaires, and be capable of completing the assessment scales independently; (4) Both the guardian and the patient consent to participation in this study, participate voluntarily, and sign an informed consent form. 2.Criteria for parents: (1) They are the primary carers of the adolescent; (2) They have no significant physical or mental illnesses or cognitive impairments, and are capable of and willing to cooperate with the completion of the assessment scales; (3) They have given informed consent and are participating voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient exclusion criteria: (1) No other serious mental illnesses, such as severe physical disabilities, schizophrenia or bipolar disorder; (2) A history of serious illnesses, such as organic brain disorders; (3) Having undergone or currently undergoing electroconvulsive therapy within the past six months; (4) Failure to obtain informed consent from the patient and their guardian. 2.Exclusion criteria for parents: (1) Parents with a history of mental illness; (2) Parents who abuse psychoactive or addictive substances; (3) Parents with cognitive impairment; (4) Parents who are unable to cooperate with psychological assessment scales; (5) Parents who have remarried following a divorce.
