Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have undergone breast ultrasound or X-ray examination and have a BI-RADS rating of 4B or 4C. 2. It is planned to perform a breast pathological biopsy in the Ultrasound Department of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center. 3. Serum biological specimens before puncture can be obtained; 4. No previous or current history of major diseases; 5. Sign the informed consent form.
