Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in the hemodialysis center of our hospital; or patients hospitalized in the nephrology department due to establishment of vascular access or poor function of the vascular access. 2. Age >= 18 years old. 3. Able to fully understand the research content, have the ability to follow the follow-up plan of the study, sign the informed consent form, and voluntarily participate in this study. 4. Patients who meet all three of the above criteria can be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with vascular access in the nephrology department 2. Age less than 18 years old 3. Patients who are unable to understand or follow the research procedures and unable to sign the written informed consent 4. All patients meeting any of the above criteria will be excluded
