Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. On-the-job staff of the Endoscopy Center; 2. Be able to understand the contents of the questionnaire and complete the questionnaire independently; 3. Informed consent and voluntary investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-endoscopy center on-the-job staff; 2. Those who fail to complete informed consent or withdraw from the investigation; 3. The information of key modules of the questionnaire is incomplete; 4. If the quality of the answers is obviously abnormal, if there are obvious logical contradictions, regular invalid answers or other questionnaires that are judged to be invalid.
