Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 65 or older undergoing elective or emergency non-cardiac surgery; 2. Clinical data fully recorded in the hospital's research big data platform, including patients' basic information, medical history, preoperative test results, anesthesia method, surgery-related information, postoperative complications, and outcomes, with no key data missing; 3. Complete preoperative GNRI assessment data available, including height, weight, and serum albumin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe missing clinical data, incomplete core medical records, complication documentation, or key preoperative and postoperative indicators that render statistical analysis impossible; 2.atients complicated with severe liver and renal failure, terminal malignant tumors, multiple organ failure and other critical underlying diseases before operation; 3.Patients with active severe infection, severe malnutrition, massive gastrointestinal hemorrhage before surgery that interferes with baseline nutritional assessment;
