Interventions

Control group:Eat 1 bowl of swallow containing placebo every day (no effective ingredients, the appearance and taste are the same as those in the experimental group)
Low dose group (L-EBN group):Eat 1 bowl of swallow containing 3.0g of bird's nest solids every day.
High dose group (H-EBN group):Eat 1 bowl of swallow containing 6.0g of bird's nest solid every day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women meeting the diagnostic criteria for decreased ovarian reserve function have a basal FSH level greater than 10 U/L, or an AMH level less than 1.1 µg/L. 2. The patient has obvious clinical manifestations of hot flashes and excessive sweating, with an average number of hot flashes and sweating episodes in 7 days >= 3 times per 24 hours in the past. 3. Natural menopause has occurred for >= 12 months. 4. BMI ranges from 18 to 38 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious primary diseases (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, blood system and endocrine diseases, tumors, etc.); 2.Patients with serious gynecological diseases; 3.Those with symptoms of mental illness or cognitive impairment; 4.Those who have contraindications or allergies to this research product; 5.Women who have undergone hysterectomy and ovarian resection; 6.Those who have been taking drugs, hormones or nutritional supplements that affect the secretion of sex hormones for nearly 3 months; 7.Currently suffering from clinically diagnosed thyroid diseases (hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, thyroiditis, nodules, thyroid) Adenocarcinoma, etc.) or taking thyroid-related drugs within 6 months;
