Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 12–18 years; 2. permanent residency in the current location for =6 months; 3. adequate ability to read, understand, and verbally communicate in Chinese; 4. written informed consent obtained from both the participants and their legal guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. presence of severe systemic diseases or eating disorders; 2. clinically diagnosed severe mental or psychological conditions (e.g., major depressive disorder, schizophrenia) that precluded cooperation with the survey; 3. diagnosed congenital enamel hypoplasia or severe malocclusion.
