18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years, regardless of gender. 2. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) total score >= 7. 3. All patients were given sedative-hypnotic medication before treatment (with the same administration time, dosage, and frequency). 4. Agreed to participate in this experimental study and signed the informed consent for rTMS treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to complete the full course of treatment. 2. Accompanied by impaired consciousness or severe condition. 3. Complicated by severe primary diseases of the heart, lungs, liver, or kidneys. 4. Acute infections, allergies, autoimmune diseases, etc., that can lead to abnormal inflammatory factors such as TNF-a, IL-8, IL-12, and IL-1ß.
