Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study 1: The inclusion criteria for study participants include: (1) signing an informed consent form and voluntarily participating in the study; (2) being a student enrolled in grades 7 through high school (including vocational high schools); (3) having no severe physical or mental illnesses; (4) possessing basic literacy skills; and (5) having valid baseline data for relevant variables. Study 2: The inclusion criteria for study participants include: (1) signing an informed consent form to voluntarily participate in the study; (2) being a current seventh-or eighth-grade student; (3) having no severe physical or mental illness; (4) possessing basic literacy skills; and (5) having valid baseline data for relevant variables.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for Study 1 and Study 2 were as follows: (1) students with severe somatic illnesses or major psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, central nervous system diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, etc.); (2) participants who did not sign the informed consent form; (3) participants who were unable to understand the questionnaire content or complete the questionnaire assessment; (4) other conditions deemed by the investigator to make the participant unsuitable for the study; (5) missing or invalid baseline data.
