Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of drug-resistant epilepsy: After at least 1 year of standardized treatment with two or more conventional antiepileptic drugs, seizures remain inadequately controlled (>=1 episode per month); 2.Age range 3 to 60 years old, gender not limited; 3.Clinical, electrophysiological, and routine imaging examinations suggest focal epilepsy, requiring precise localization of the epileptic foci and surgical evaluation. 4.Can cooperate to complete multimodal localization examinations (including integrated fusion localization of structural MRI, functional MRI, PET-CT, scalp electroencephalogram, magnetoencephalography, etc.); 5.The patient and legal representative give informed consent and sign a written informed consent form. 6.Good compliance, able to cooperate in completing preoperative evaluation, surgery, and postoperative standardized follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe organic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, respiratory, and coagulation disorders exist, and preoperative evaluation and surgery are not tolerated; 2.Has severe mental illness and cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with examination, treatment, and follow-up; 3.Imaging and clinical evaluation suggest diffuse brain lesions and extensive bilateral epileptic foci, which are not suitable for focal precise localization and resection surgery; 4.Merge other neurological diseases that require priority treatment, such as intracranial infections, acute intracranial tumors, and acute cerebrovascular diseases; 5.Pregnant and lactating women; 6.Patients with a history of previous craniotomy surgery, intracranial implants, and other factors that may seriously interfere with multimodal localization results; 7.Simultaneously participating in other clinical trials that may interfere with the observed indicators of this study; 8.Other situations deemed unsuitable for inclusion in this study by the researcher's comprehensive judgment;
