Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy control group and acute SD group healthy subjects: (1) Sleep: Good sleep habits, falling asleep in less than 30 minutes, with no frequent nighttime awakenings or early waking; (2) Diet: Regular eating habits, measured using Fitbit Flex tracker and sleep diary; (3) Medication use: No use of stimulants, hypnotics, or psychoactive drugs during the study and in the previous 3 months; (4) Psychological assessment: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score below 5, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) scores below 7; (5) Handedness: All participants are right-handed. 2. Chronic insomnia group: (1) Patients meet the relevant diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Sleep Disorders, 2nd edition; (2) Insomnia lasting more than 1 year; (3) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score above 5; (4) Sleep diary maintained for more than 2 weeks; (5) Patients report total sleep time 45 minutes; 2) Wake after sleep onset > 45 minutes; 3) Total wake time during sleep (sleep latency + wake after sleep onset) > 60 minutes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological brain MRI results; 2. Congenital or acquired diseases; 3. Presence of foreign implants in the body; 4. BMI of 32 or =30 minutes; 11. History of drug or alcohol dependence; currently smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day; 12. Drinking 20 cups of caffeinated beverages or strong tea per day.
