Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1,Born in our hospital's operating room or delivery room and transferred to our NICU within 2 hours after birth; 2,Hospital stay > 28 days; 3,Gestational age <= 32?° weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Congenital malformations; 2.Death or withdrawal of treatment within 48 hours after birth; 3.Not born in our hospital; 4.Missing key laboratory data; 5.Chromosomal abnormalities; 6.Twins or multiples; 7.Other lost to follow-up.
