18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with stroke (ischemic stroke: ICD codes 163.0–163.9 hemorrhagic stroke: 161.0–161.9); 2.Age 18–80 years; 3.Disease course: acute phase or recovery phase (within 1 week to 6 months after onset); 4.Presence of cognitive-motor dual-task impairment (dual-task cost index >=15%).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency or other conditions that preclude tolerance of exercise training; 2.Significant cognitive impairment, severe depression, or inability to complete cognitive and gait assessments; 3.Sequelae of cerebral infarction (I69.3) or old cerebral infarction without residual symptoms (Z86.73); 4.Movement disorders caused by factors unrelated to the central nervous system, such as vestibular dysfunction, visual or hearing impairments, peripheral neuropathy, or musculoskeletal disorders.
