Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for liver cirrhosis; 2. No history of esophageal variceal bleeding (EVB); 3. Aged between 37 and 77 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with hepatocellular carcinoma or other malignant tumors; 2. Co-infection with other hepatotropic viruses; 3. Presence of hematological diseases; 4. History of splenectomy.
