Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed pediatric patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML); 2. Age less than 14 years; 3. Presented to Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University between 2015 and 2024, and subsequently lost to follow-up (did not return for further visits); 4. Treated with the C-HUANAN-AML 2015 regimen.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL); 2. Prior cytotoxic chemotherapy; 3. Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) with myeloid blast transformation; 4. Secondary malignancy; 5. Down syndrome; 6. AML patients deemed ineligible for participation in this study by the investigator.
