Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older, regardless of gender; 2. Patients with suspicious oral mucosal lesions clinically suspected as oral potentially malignant disorders (OPMDs) or malignant transformation; 3. Patients scheduled to receive pathological biopsy or surgical resection for clinical diagnosis and treatment, with accessible pathological outcomes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe underlying diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; 2. Patients with mental disorders or intellectual disabilities; 3. Recurrent tumors; 4. Patients who have applied topical medications to oral mucosal lesions before surgery; 5. Female patients during pregnancy or lactation.
