Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.On-duty psychiatrists, nurses and psychotherapists working at the Mental Health Center of Putuo District, Shanghai. 2.Understand the details and voluntarily participate in this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who were on long-term leave (such as maternity leave or sick leave) or were engaged in further studies or training during the research period and were therefore unable to participate in the survey. 2.Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form;
