Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Select male runners whose best full marathon time in the past three years is no less than 330 or whose half marathon time is within 145 and who have received long-term systematic training as elite group runners; 2. Select male runners whose full marathon time is within 500 or half marathon time is within 230 in the past three years and who have persisted in training for a long time as advanced group runners; 3. All runners have qualified for the full marathon (completion certificates are required for the above results); 4. Elite runners and advanced runners were randomly divided into liquid salt pill groups and solid salt pill groups based on their levels to ensure that the baseline training levels of the two groups at the same level were the same, namely the elite liquid salt pill group, the elite solid salt pill group, the advanced liquid salt pill group, and the advanced solid salt pill group; 5. In this study, energy supply was only achieved through Maisen energy gel and plain water (limited to 4 times of sports drink supplementation); 6. Electrolyte supplementation is carried out differently by group; 7. All supplementation rules comply with the habits and ethical requirements of the general runners. Runners are only allowed to consume a small amount of bananas and no other additional food intake; 8. According to the recommendations of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), 30 to 60 grams of carbohydrates should be consumed during endurance exercise lasting more than one hour. Therefore, the study stipulates that each group should uniformly follow a sugar intake of 60 grams per hour, and the corresponding energy gel supplementation amount and frequency should be matched based on different full marathon results; 9. A supply station will be set up every 2.5 kilometers of the race. At each station, 150 milliliters of plain water or sports drinks will be provided (sports drinks are limited to 4 supplies), and no other beverages will be provided; 10. For the solid salt pill group, take 2 salt pills every 5 kilometers; 11. For the liquid salt pill group, drink one bag of Maisheng liquid salt pills (10g) every 5 kilometers; 12. During the questionnaire screening stage, volunteers who sweated a lot after the marathon were given priority; 13. After the runners were enrolled in the group, they signed the informed consent form; 14. Subjects are required to provide the results of a cardiac medical examination or sign a relevant declaration before the experiment to be exempted from responsibility for any accidents that occur during the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a low matching degree of sweat volume; 2. There are organic diseases in the body; 3. Recently, there have been injuries that have affected normal training and work life; 4. Congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart; 5. Hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases; 6. Myocarditis; 7. Coronary artery disease, severe arrhythmia; 8. Diabetes patients with excessively high or low blood sugar and pregnant women; 9. Those with abnormal liver and kidney functions; 10. There is a problem with urination; 11. There are obvious sports injuries that restrict and affect running; 12. Failing to meet the training and endurance standards and serving as an official pacer for marathons.
