Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2021 Revised Edition). 2.Age>=18 years; 3.Clear awareness, normal communication skills, and the correct application of information software; 4.Voluntarily participate in the survey and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Concomitant with other serious respiratory diseases except COPD; 2.Those with serious diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidneys and other organs; 3.Patients with limited mobility due to limb dysfunction or other reasons;
