Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 45 years; 2. Hospital stay =24 hours; 3. Conscious and cognitively intact; 4. Possess basic communication skills and able to complete questionnaire surveys; 5. Provide informed consent and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term bedridden or suffering from severe physical illness; 2. Having a mental illness.
