18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically confirmed ischemic stroke with right hemispheric lesion causing left-sided motor dysfunction; 2. Aged 18-70 years; 3. Hemiplegic lower extremity at Brunnstrom stage III-V; 4. Standing balance capacity graded 1-3; 5. Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body weight outside system tolerance limits ( 135 kg); 2. Spine instability or fracture; 3. Open skin lesions or thromboses in harness contact areas; 4. Severe cardiovascular comorbidities or functional impairments.
