Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Full-time nurses employed in the Central Operating Room of Nanjing First Hospital; 2.Working experience of no less than 6 months (to ensure proficiency in operating room workflows); 3.Continuous use of the intelligent working hour recording system throughout the study period, without long-term sick leave, maternity leave or other prolonged absences; 4.Voluntary participation in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Rotating nurses, advanced study nurses or retired nurses; 2.Cumulative leave exceeding 3 months during the study period (including long-term sick leave and maternity leave); 3.Those who refuse data collection or withdraw from the study midway;
