Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18–40 years; 2.Good oral hygiene status and ability to comply with postoperative maintenance and follow-up; 3.Has indications for tooth autotransplantation, with the recipient site located in the maxillary or mandibular first or second molar region; 4.The diseased tooth in the recipient site cannot be retained due to root remnant, residual crown, vertical root fracture, severe caries, poor prognosis after root canal retreatment, or other reasons as assessed by the investigator; 5.The donor tooth is a maxillary or mandibular third molar that is erupted and has adequate clinical conditions for transplantation; 6.The root development of the donor tooth is at Nolla stage 9 or above, or is deemed suitable for transplantation by the investigator; 7.The bone volume in the recipient site is adequate to allow transplantation without the need for bone augmentation surgery; 8.Willing to undergo clinical and radiographic follow-up for at least 12 months; 9.Voluntarily participates in this study and provides written informed consent; 10.For those allocated to the AI-guided group, they must be able to complete paired periapical radiographs before and after preloading of the donor tooth for AI model evaluation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute infection in the recipient site that, in the investigator's judgment, precludes immediate transplantation; 2.Presence of uncontrolled periodontitis, severe oral hygiene deficiency, or other oral conditions that may significantly affect periodontal healing; 3.Severe morphological abnormality of the donor tooth, markedly insufficient root development, severe caries, root resorption, or other conditions that render the tooth unsuitable for transplantation; 4.Presence of systemic diseases that may affect wound healing or surgical safety, such as uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, severe cardiovascular disease, coagulation disorders, or immune dysfunction; 5.Long-term use of medications that may affect bone metabolism or periodontal healing, such as high-dose corticosteroids or anti-resorptive agents; 6.Pregnant or lactating women;
