Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the study were as follows: 1) age between 3 and 12 years; 2) pathologically confirmed malignant tumor. Primary caregivers must meet the following criteria to be eligible: 1) serve as primary caregivers (providing =8 hours of daily care) as immediate family members and participate in treatment decision-making for the child; 2) maintain good mental status and possess adequate communication and verbal expression abilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included: voluntary withdrawal of the child or parent from the study; requirement for hospital transfer for treatment; failure to participate in the study as planned throughout the entire period.
