Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the case group: 1) Aged 18-75, of either gender; 2) Diagnosed with intracranial aneurysm through DSA or CTA examination; 3) Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 4) Able to cooperate in completing sample collection and follow-up. 2. Inclusion criteria for the control group: 1) Aged 18-75, with no gender restrictions; 2) No history of intracranial aneurysm, and intracranial aneurysm has been excluded through imaging examination; 3) No other cerebrovascular diseases (such as cerebral arteriovenous malformation, moyamoya disease, etc.); 4) Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for the case group: 1) Co-existing with other central nervous system diseases (such as brain tumors, encephalitis, etc.); 2) Combined severe cardiac, hepatic, and renal insufficiencies; 3) Concurrent malignant tumor or undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4) Have undergone major surgery within the past 3 months; 5) Pregnant or lactating women; 6) Participating in other clinical trials. 2. Exclusion criteria for the control group: 1) Those with uncontrolled vascular risk factors such as hypertension and diabetes; 2) History of autoimmune disease; 3) Having infectious diseases within the past month; 4) Pregnant or lactating women; 5) Participating in other clinical trials.
