Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with allergic rhinitis through standardized in vivo tests; 2.Willing to accept follow-ups via telephone and outpatient clinic visits;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having major diseases of the gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, or other organ systems; 2. Currently using ß-receptor antagonists (beta-blockers); 3. Concurrently suffering from other allergic diseases; 4. Having severe anatomical abnormalities of the nasal cavity; 5. Experiencing severe adverse reactions during the treatment course.
