Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 65 or above, regardless of gender; 2.BMI ranging from 18 to 28 kg/m^2; 3. ASA classification of grade I or II; 4.Patients who plan to undergo tracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 5.Participants voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients known to be allergic to teligliflozin or its components. 2.Patients with expected difficult airways. 3. Patients with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure >= 110 mmHg). 4. Patients with severely impaired liver and kidney function (Child-Pugh C grade, or eGFR 2 weeks).
