Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Family members included for acute ischemic stroke patients: 1. Adults aged 18 or older. 2. Living with an acute ischemic stroke patient. 3. Conscious and able to respond to questions. 4. No history of mental illness or depression. 5. Can read, write, speak, and understand Chinese or Mandarin. 6. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. Acute ischemic stroke patients included: 1. Adults aged 18 or older. 2. Diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke for the first time. 3. First visit to the Emergency Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, Wenzhou, China.
