30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CKD Group: (1) Clinically diagnosed chronic kidney disease (CKD) of different stages; (2) Age 30-80; (3) Voluntarily signed informed consent form. 2. Healthy Control Group: (1) Age 30-80; (2) No history of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, or diabetes; (3) Normal physical examination results; (4) Normal ECG; (5) Voluntarily signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known history of specific heart muscle diseases (like hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy), heart valve disease, or myocarditis; 2. Contraindications for FAPI imaging (such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, or severe allergy history); 3. Severe claustrophobia or inability to cooperate with the exam; 4. Active malignant tumors (FAPI is taken up highly in tumors, which can interfere with image reading); 5. Other situations where the researcher deems participation inappropriate.
