Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 or older, pathologically confirmed malignant tumor; 2. Currently receiving or about to receive targeted therapy or targeted therapy combined with chemotherapy as an inpatient or outpatient; 3. No previous targeted therapy-related skin adverse reactions; 4. Assessed by a simple mental state exam: illiterate >=17 points, primary school education >=20 points, secondary school or higher >=24 points—considered to have no cognitive impairment, able to learn and take care of themselves, aware of their diagnosis and condition; 5. Voluntarily willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with critical illness or in the terminal stage who are unable to participate in the intervention; 2.Patients who have received other related systematic skin care interventions.
