Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Hospitalized patients undergoing maxillofacial surgery during the study period; 2.Age =18 years; 3.Complete perioperative anesthesia and airway management records, including anesthesia records, intubation/extubation records, airway device records, and postoperative medical records; 4.Clearly documented airway management strategy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing non-maxillofacial surgery; 2.Patients with pre-existing prolonged tracheal intubation or mechanical ventilation before surgery; 3.Patients with missing data preventing assessment of exposure or outcomes; 4.Pregnant patients; 5.Age <18 years.
