Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of the 2022 edition of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer" or are pathologically diagnosed with primary liver cancer, have at least one measurable tumor lesion, and are unsuitable for/refuse surgical resection, liver transplantation, and ablation therapy; 2. No gender limitation, aged >=18 years old; 3. Clinical stage Ib-IIIb of liver cancer in China; 4. Child-Pugh A-B grade; 5. ECOG score of 0-1; 6. No severe comorbidities; 7. The patient's expected survival period is more than 3 months; 8. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The liver tumor is huge (>=60% of the liver volume); 2. Patients who have previously undergone interventional therapy, with treatment duration =3 months; 3. Patients with diffuse hepatocellular carcinoma; 4. Unstable systemic diseases or uncontrolled infections; 5. Difficult-to-correct renal dysfunction and coagulation disorders; 6. Any unstable condition or potential threat to the patient's safety and his/her compliance with the study; 7. Patients who need to terminate treatment due to any adverse events; 8. The patient or legal representative requests to stop treatment; 9. The treatment plan cannot be completed due to various reasons, or the patient is lost to follow-up; 10. Other patients who researchers believe are not suitable for participating in this study.
