18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18–45 years old; 2.Spherical refractive error <= -9.00 D and cylindrical refractive error <= 3.00 D in both eyes; 3.No history of smoking or excessive alcohol consumption; 4.No obvious adverse reactions to coffee intake;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of ocular trauma or eye surgery; 2. Presence of nystagmus, corneal opacity, cataract, glaucoma, congenital or acquired retinal diseases (including all vascular disorders); 3. Complicated with epilepsy or migraine, or being pregnant/lactating women; 4. Suffering from any known systemic diseases, including diabetes mellitus, hypertension, anemia, renal diseases and cardiovascular diseases; 5. Subjects with chronic medication history of any kind, including analgesics and antihistamines.
