Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with insomnia disorder: Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65; 2. Meet the DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition) diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder; 3. Right-handed; 4. Voluntarily signed informed consent. Healthy controls Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65; 2. Right-handed; 3. Never met and currently do not meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with contraindications to fMRI and/or TMS; 2. Those with diagnosed and unresolved physical illnesses, mental disorders, and/or other sleep disorders; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Shift workers and/or frequent trans-time-zone travelers; 5. Other circumstances deemed unsuitable for study inclusion.
